Will you be publishing work in translation?

Dodo Ink will primarily focus on English-language fiction.

Are you accepting submissions?

We are currently closed for submissions. Please check back in 2024 for updates on when we will be open for subs. We cannot guarantee a reply to any subs at present as we are currently not seeking new books.

Do you deal with agents?

We are happy to deal with agents or authors directly.

We are currently closed for submissions and not seeking new novels, nor do we have the resources to work through a slushpile. Like many indies, we are struggling with spiralling costs and currently lack the funds to publish new books. We will update our site when we are able to take a look at subs and in the meantime wish you all the best of luck with your book. You might like to consider other indie presses who have open subs e.g. Galley Beggar Press, Bluemoose, Weatherglass, The Indigo Press, Peninsular
